Sarajean Rossitto, a Tokyo-based consultant, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this session. Her professional journey includes coordinating training programs and providing advisory services to prominent institutions such as JICA, Japan PlatForm, the Give2Asia Foundation, and Morgan Stanley. Sarajean’s expertise encompasses CSR and SDGs, Unconscious Bias and Everyday Sexism, Cross Cultural Communications, and Basic Conflict Mediation skills development, making her an invaluable resource for various international organizations. She holds an undergraduate degree in sociology and a Master's in International Affairs with a focus on human rights in East Asia from Columbia University. Her academic credentials are complemented by professional certificates in Disaster Management, Humanitarian Response Management, and Conflict Mediation.
